New Spring At Mammoth by rioka New Spring At Mammoth by rioka
A new hot spring at Mammoth Hot Springs located in the upper west side. It's quite elevated and you have to walk up a number of steps to get to it (unless you cheated and came from the top and came down).

The edge of the water is where it actually starts falling down the side of the cliff and form the terraces so commonly found at the Mammoth Hot Springs.

This was taken at Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming, USA in 2008.

Looks pretty cool, I'm sure it's quite worth the hike!

Yes it was!

Most of Mammoth Springs has died off so it was very rewarding to see a new one at the top. I hope it stays for quite awhile.
