Angel of the Waterby ~rioka

Each year, the New York Botanical Garden has what they call "The Train Show". Aside from trains, they also have these miniature replicas of famous and/or notable buildings, statues, and structures on display. This is one of those called the Angel of the Water.

I'm not sure where you can find this but it's definitely somewhere in New York City. Probably in Central Park but dont' quote me on that. ^_^;

All these minitaures are made with natural items such as pine cones, sticks, and other small natural items. It's all quite amazing and each year, the collection grows.

This was taken in opening day of the Train Show in November 2006. It's been slightly cropped from the original image.
